{"id":178345,"date":"2020-09-26T07:44:08","date_gmt":"2020-09-26T12:44:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/am22tech.com\/?p=178345"},"modified":"2024-02-27T09:20:35","modified_gmt":"2024-02-27T15:20:35","slug":"birth-certificate-usa-green-card","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.am22tech.com\/birth-certificate-usa-green-card\/","title":{"rendered":"Birth Certificate, substitutes, NABC for USA Green Card, Australia, Canada PR"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>You will need an Original birth certificate for filing the USA green card apart from other <a href=\"https:\/\/am22tech.com\/green-card-docs-employment\/\">documents for i-485 filing<\/a> or NABC (nonavailability of birth certificate).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NABC is an official letter signed by the local registrar or the municipality department mentioning that there is no record of your birth in the government records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, Australian, Canadian, and other country immigrants will request either an original birth certificate or a Non-availability birth certificate document (NABC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A birth certificate should have this information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full Name<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Date of birth<\/strong> (dd\/MM\/yyyy format is acceptable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Place of birth<\/strong> (Village, City, or state name acceptable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mother and Father&#8217;s Full Name<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The issuing agency\u2019s official seal<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Registration date<\/strong> &#8211; must be within one year of your birth (365 days).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Birth certificate Issue date<\/strong> &#8211; This can be any time after your birth including the current date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Birth Certificate From Home Country<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We will take the example of India to get a birth certificate. The process might be similar in most Asian countries like Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if the process of the agency that issues the birth certificates in your country is different, the content is the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Birth Certificate from India<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every Indian state has its process but most of them follow the same process. Your local municipality is responsible for issuing the birth certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These days, most of them have digitalized their records from the past and they should be able to find your birth record from the 1980s.
