DOL uploads new data in April, July, Oct, and Jan. LCA is required for filing the H1B work visa application. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dol.gov\/sites\/dolgov\/files\/ETA\/oflc\/pdfs\/ETA_Form_9035.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Form 9035<\/a> is used to fill up an LCA application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H1B1 and E3 visa applications also need LCA to inform American workers and protect their rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LCA includes information about a full-time job along with start and end date. Only your employer or attorney has access to the DOL website to monitor your case status while it is pending. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead, you can use this PERM processing time estimator that tries to find an estimated date for your PERM approval based on similar case data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<br \/><a class=\"btn btn-success \" href=\"https:\/\/apps.am22tech.com\/us\/perm\/\" rel=\"\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Estimate PERM Approval Time (Tracker &amp; Cases Like Me)\">Estimate PERM Approval Time (Tracker &amp; Cases Like Me)<i class=\"bi bi-chevron-right\"><\/i><\/a><br \/><br \/>\n\n\n\n<p>Your green card sponsor employer will also receive the PERM audit notice if your application is part of about 30% of cases that are normally audited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be able to see the status as &#8216;Certified&#8217; when your Permanent labor application is finally approved though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LCA Processing Time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>LCA processing time is 5 to 10 days when filed online on ICERT website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/am22tech.com\/green-card-process-with-employer-sponsorship\/\">PERM is a permanent LCA<\/a> for your US green card application. <a href=\"https:\/\/am22tech.com\/uscis\/perm-processing-time\/\">PERM processing takes about 4-6 months<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H1B1 from Singapore, Chile, and E3 from Australia applicants can directly apply for their work visa in the US embassy with approved LCA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Is LCA data publicly available?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>LCA is available for the public online on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dol.gov\/agencies\/eta\/foreign-labor\/performance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ICERT website<\/a>. Both are different organizations within the US government.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1596491150574\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Can Multiple employees have same LCA Case Number?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">It is possible that your employer files a common LCA for multiple employees and hence multiple employees have the same LCA case number. <br \/><br \/>See box 7 in LCA section B in the image below.
