The passport should be valid for at least the next 3 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All old and expired passport biometric pages are required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#10 (Optional) i140 receipt or approval<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>i140 approval copy is required only if you are <a href=\"https:\/\/am22tech.com\/i140-h1b-extension-or-transfer-after-6-years\/\">filing an H1B extension after a 6-year quota<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your employer has not shared the i140 with you, you can use the <a href=\"https:\/\/am22tech.com\/uscis-foia-request-for-i-140-information\/\">USCIS FOIA request to extract the i140 receipt copy<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#11 Proof of Employer-Employee Relationship<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Third-party consulting companies need to prove that they have all rights to hire, fire, and control the daily work assignments of H1B workers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are going to work in an EVC (Employer-client vendor) model, then you should use the <a href=\"https:\/\/am22tech.com\/documents-for-employer-employee-relationship\/\">document checklist to prove employer-employee relationship<\/a>s to avoid RFE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#12 Client Letter <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>A written letter from the end client for the period of project\/ work mentioning the start and end date is required from consulting companies. If you are working full-time with an end client, then this letter is not needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#13 H1B Work Itinerary<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Third-party consultants need to provide a detailed itinerary of work assignments at the end client location. A sample H1B work itinerary is given below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"schema-faq wp-block-yoast-faq-block\"><div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1577139310835\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Is LCA needed for H1B Extension?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">A new LCA is required for the H1B extension. LCA should be approved before filing an H1B extension, transfer, or amendment.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1577139412708\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\">Is a Work Itinerary Required for an H1B Extension?<\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">A detailed work itinerary is required to prove the actual work assignment and hours at the end client location. USCIS is pretty strict these days and asks for work location addresses and hours of work to be performed.<\/p> <\/div> <div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1577139592841\"><strong
