    1. Schedule an appointment<\/strong> on-line at IdentoGO<\/a> or by calling 1-888-467-2080.<\/li>
    2. Visit Identgo Fingerprint Center and give your fingerprints with a Live scanner<\/a>.<\/li>
    3. The Police clearance request is sent directly to Texas DPS after fingerprints within 4 hours.<\/li>
    4. Your notarized PCC certificate is sent to you by USPS mail at the USA address you would have given at the time of application.

      Non-Residents<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      You would need to send manual fingerprint cards (Download Form FD258<\/a>). Sample FD-258<\/a> form. You can also buy FD 258 card from Amazon prime<\/a> (pack of 3) or a pack of 25 FD 258 cards<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The fingerprint card<\/a> needs to be printed on a hard white paper<\/a>. I recommend buying it from Amazon than printing it at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
